The Outlier Creative teams in New York and Barcelona have broad skill sets, and come to us from highly diverse backgrounds. What we all share is our ability to think outside the box. Our office runs on new ideas and caffeine, and we haven’t gone a day without either since we started.

Berk Gokcen

Designer / Co-founder

Berk is the lead designer and Co-founder of Outlier Creative. Berk has earned a degree in both industrial and audio design. His innovative design thinking goes beyond the projects he works on – it propels our company forward.

Berk has worked in many design verticals, mainly focusing on industrial design. His passion for art is evident in his work. He approaches each project with the same creativity and inspiration that motivated him to start Outlier Creative.

Jenna Alburger

Marketing Strategist / Co-founder

Jenna is the Co-founder and lead marketing strategist at Outlier Creative. Jenna comes from an ad-agency background in the New York Metro area.

During her career, Jenna developed a clear passion for closely partnering with clients to understand their business to help them grow. True to the company’s vision, working with Jenna is a refreshing departure from routine marketing. Her creativity has been a guiding factor in her success.

Jenna is responsible for top-line planning, but her strength is seeing her projects through at an executional level.



At Outlier Creative, we believe in challenging the status quo. Of course, best practices guide us, but we’re not afraid to try new things. We push ourselves and our clients to expect more, achieve more, and do more together.

The world is changing quickly, and that’s especially true when it comes to digital and design trends. It’s important for us to stay ahead of the curve. So, it’s important for us to stay agile. Outlier Creative is a small agency, but we’re focused on scalable growth.
